Hey everybody! We've learned and done so much this week that is hard to believe it's been only four days!

We introduced the smallest letter of the "Aleph-Bet" letter "YUD". Letter Yud sais "YONA", "Yarmulka" and Yeled (boy) and Yalda (girl). We turned baby "Yud" into a Yeled in one side and a Yalda on the other. We made stunning "Yarmulkas" for ourselves or our Daddies and brothers.

Letter "H" was so much fun! We decorated a big "H" by forming a "House" on it and made really fun silly "Hats".The Highlight of the week was the amazing "Hat show" we had, where we all got to show different Hats from our Homes. The week finished on a high, when we made "Honey cake" to "Honor" our guest tomorrow, the other Nursery Three Class, in our joint Shabbos party.

We couldn't get enough stories from the Parsha this week. We were amazed how once again Avram listen to Hashem right away when He was asked to leave his city! We made mini suitcases and imagine we were going on our own trip, and had to pack ! we did really good! We also learned about "Tefilat Haderech" a special prayer we "Daven" when we leave the city. We made cool Tefilat Haderech cars by painting them with CARS leaving really cool traces! We also learned about the promise Hashem gave Avram that He will have as many children as the stars! We are so proud to be one of Avram's children!

This week for community helpers we introduced "Garbage collectors" . We discussed how they keep our cities clean and how we can do OUR part! "Recycling" was the main answer! The Yeladim were fascinated to hear how we can make new things out of used ones. We recycled newspaper and made beads cutting it into strips and rolling them! We also made the coolest "Kites" out of shopping bags! More projects to come next week.
