morahmathysclass: Letter "Tet" -Letter "G"- Community helpers

Hey everybody! What a busy week we had!
We started off with a very inspiring "Rosh Chodesh program" whee we were able to write our wishes and put them on our "very own Kotel"! The yeladim asked from Hashem such beautiful things...
Letter "Tet" came to visit us this week. The boys recognized the "Talit" right away and couldn't wait to try it on! They looked like their Daddies!. Letter "Tet" says "Telephone". We discussed the purpose of Telephones and what an important role they play when in an emergency (like a fire)! We practiced how to dial 911 and how to speak to the dispatcher describing the situation! We made our own Telephones to use at home and created a super cool class telephone book! For letter "G", We decorated big "G" with "Grass" and prepared and ate yummy "Graham crackers with Grape jam". We played various games to remember our letters and did so good at them. For community helpers we continued discussing the amazing job the brave "firefighters" and "Police agents" do every day.We learned about their uniform and the tools they need for their jobs. We put together really cute mini "Firefighters" and "Police agents" by dressing them with the proper uniform.
We also got spectacular visitors "Ocean Life rescuers" They explained was how they rescue animals, what equipment they use and they even let us pretend drive the jet ski and the surf board!
