Parsha Stories- "Rivkah and Yitchak get merried"/ Letter "J"/ Community Helpers - "Doctors", "Dentist" and "Nurse"./ Artist of the month- George Seurat - "Pointillism"

Heyyyyy! What an amazing week we had! We love learning about this weeks community helpers. We were all able to share our own experiences! We also discussed ways to keep our body healthy and safe!
 Pretending to be Doctors and Nurses  was so fun! Thank you Meira Deautch for the amazing present you got our class "a doctor Kit".

Shmuly doing research about what Doctors do!

 Georges-Pierre Seurat was a French Post-Impressionist painter and draftsman. He is noted for his innovative use of drawing media and for devising the technique of painting known as pointillism- We used his technique to create "Tu B'Shvat related paintings" . Check them out in the hallway and in our classroom. We used this method to trace a practice our names.

Point, point, point ...

We created beautiful fruit paintings made out of hundred of dots!

We made a beautiful tree for our Tu B'Shvat bulletin board.

For Letter "J" we got to decorate the letter with "Jelly fish", had an awsome "Jumping" competition and made delicious "Jell-O"! Yum!
